Pools containing heavy algae growth should be cleaned prior to using Algimycin 600.

After 24 hours of treating visible algae growth, it is recommended to remove any remaining algae debris through standard cleaning procedures. Before applying Algimycin 600, dilute it with at least 9 parts water. Take a plastic watering can, add the required amount of Algimycin 600, and fill it with water. While maintaining consistent pool circulation, sprinkle the solution around the edge of the pool. If you need to control black algae or other resistant forms, use GLB Algimycin 1000.
