This product was not universal as stated. Our power pack does not fit. I contacted poolzoom by phone and online. After waiting and waiting the message said they were “too busy contact them through the website “ then the call disconnected. I went to the website and after another long wait had a “chat” going only to once again dropped. Horrible customer service. Our power source is now connected with straps. Very unsatisfactory.
